We held a burial at sea last Friday for our father as one of his wishes was to be cremated and put in the ocean. Captain Troy and Dan were professional and very accommodating. We were able to connect our playlist to the sound system on the boat and quickly set up a charcuterie board and some beverages since our service was around lunchtime. We were given a dozen white roses to scatter with the ashes (we had also brought some with us). We appreciated Dan and Troy’s outstanding service and the hour went by so fast! Everyone in our party of 12 enjoyed the experience and felt it was the perfect tribute for a man who loved the water so much. We highly recommend the burial at sea experience with LA Yacht Charter.

Family and friends traveled from Ohio as we celebrated the life of our dear mother and loved one. One of my mother's final wishes was to be one with the ocean. The ceremony was beautiful- one for the ages and we will never forget the majesty of it all.The crew of the LA Yacht Charter was a large part of what made our family experience like no other. They placed the ashes in a basket beneath a pretty floral arrangement, and before long, gently lowered the basket into the sea completing my mother's desire. We chartered through LA Yacht Charter for a boat to spread my dad's ashes. The entire process was smooth and worked well. The crew was sensitive to the purpose at hand. They even provided some flowers to spread and a basket to lower the ashes in. The captain circled the ashes three times as is the tradition for naval services. Would definitely use again.One note, they do schedule the yacht very tightly, so don't be surprised when you get to the dock and there's no boat there. It actually pulled up a minute of so after our scheduled time which did cause some stress (everything was done via text/online, so I started to worry), but it was all fine.

Our Family had such a spectacular time on the “LADY M” yacht . We took our Dad on it yesterday. Our burial at sea event was absolutely, amazing. The captain and assistant were friendly, personable, easy-going, and accommodating. To top it all off, the captain noticed a pod of dolphins and headed in their direction. When we caught up to them they swam under, in front, in back and along our vessel for quite some time. I highly recommend their business to anyone looking for this type of service.
