This company is organized and efficient. It was very efficient from the time I spoke to someone who explained everything to me and gave me a quote till the day of the scattering. The process from the start to the end was smooth. They made this emotional day easy, smooth and comfortable- they told us what to expect, the schedule and the travel time. The Captain of the boat Gary was kind and professional. He went through the safety precautions/procedure and took us to his favorite spot. We also got the doves which added serenity and peace to the ceremony. I highly recommend Los Angeles Yacht Charter !

The flower petals provided allow you to watch the ash spreading location as the boat circles and then departs. They really take care not to make a hard day even harder. We will be booking again to visit her ashes in the future as the coordinates are recorded for you to keep

Truly appreciate the eases in booking and the correspondences. We did the 50ft for my Mom and had Captain Mike and Crew Dan and they were both professional and comforting. Dan prepared the ashes in the basket with rose petals and coached me through when and how to tip by pulling the cord while Captain Mike stood on the second level and took a beautiful video of the ashes as they floated away and began the journey to travel the world. I am so glad I found this small family business to perform my future mother in law’s burial at sea service. From day one, their communication was wonderful! They responded to all questions and inquiries within 24 hours (usually within an hour or so really)!Once we were ready to book, the process was extremely smooth and straightforward and information found on the website was accurate.Customer service was great including being understanding when my family and I were running a few minutes behind due to there being an accident on the fwy. I texted to let them know of our arrival and they said they would inform the captain (which they did).The service and day was beautiful and peaceful. Everything discussed through text, was sent paperwork to my email and just like that we had the most magical birthday for my grandmas 80th! Bluetooth though out the cabin, kitchen where we prepped the food we brought, outside mini bar, everything! My only complaint was time flew by too fast!
