Holiday Party Yacht Charters in Los Angeles
Give the office party a change of scenery. Celebrate the end of the year with your team, clients or colleagues aboard a private yacht in Los Angeles.
Take the Holiday Party Out of the Office
Another year in the books deserves more than another conference room or crowded restaurant.
A private yacht gives your company a space of its own for the evening, with waterfront views, room to mingle, food and drinks, music, and a constantly changing backdrop as you cruise.
Los Angeles Yacht Charter helps companies plan private holiday parties throughout the Los Angeles area. Whether you’re organizing an office holiday party, entertaining clients or planning a corporate holiday celebration for the entire company, we’ll help you find a yacht that fits your plans.
Find the Right Yacht for Your Holiday Party
A holiday party for 15 people looks very different from one for 100. The right yacht depends on your guest count, where you want to depart from and what you have planned for the evening.
We work with private yachts throughout the Los Angeles area, from smaller options for team dinners and intimate celebrations to larger vessels with space for a DJ, dancing, catering and a full-company party.
Smaller Team Celebrations
Keep it relaxed with a smaller private yacht for dinner, drinks and time together away from the office.
Mid-Size Company Parties
More room to mingle, add catering and music, and bring different departments or clients together without the event feeling oversized.
Large Holiday Parties
Planning for a bigger company? Our largest yacht options can accommodate groups of up to 125 guests, with space for food, drinks, entertainment and dancing.
Not sure which yacht makes sense? Tell us your approximate guest count and what you have in mind, and we’ll narrow down the options.
Food & Drinks
Good food and drinks can be as much a part of the party as the view. Depending on the yacht, options may include catered menus, bar service or bringing in outside food.
Planning something casual? Keep it simple with appetizers and drinks. Hosting clients or celebrating a big year? Some yachts offer more complete catering and bar options for a full evening on the water.
Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll help you find a yacht where the food and drink options fit the kind of party you’re planning.
*Food, catering and alcohol policies vary by yacht.
Choose a Departure That Works for Your Team
With coworkers coming from different parts of Los Angeles, the departure location can make a big difference.
Holiday party yacht options are available from several Los Angeles-area harbors, including Marina del Rey, Redondo Beach, San Pedro and Long Beach. Which location makes the most sense will depend on your guest count, where your team is coming from and the type of yacht you’re looking for.
Not sure where to start? Tell us where most of your guests are coming from and approximately how many people you’re expecting. We can help narrow down the options.

Find the Right Yacht for Your Budget
You don’t need to compare dozens of hourly rates to figure out which yacht works for your group.
Tell us your date, group size, type of event and preferred departure area, and we’ll help narrow down the suitable charter options and show you the current pricing.
Whether you’re planning a small private cruise for 10 guests or an event for 100+, we’ll focus on vessels that can legally accommodate your group and fit what you’re planning.
Planning a ❄️ Holiday Party?
You don’t need to have every detail figured out before you start.
The two most helpful things to know are approximately how many guests you’re expecting and a few potential dates. Once you’ve established your guest count and potential dates, the next step is finding a holiday party venue that can accommodate your group.
From there, we can narrow down the yachts that fit your needs and put together options you can take back to management.
Weekends are naturally popular during the holiday season, so having a little flexibility with your dates can give you more options.
What Does a Holiday Party Yacht Charter Cost?
The cost of a holiday party yacht charter depends on several factors, including the yacht, number of guests and length of the charter.
Larger events may require a vessel with additional capacity and event space, while catering, bar service, entertainment and other additions can also affect the overall cost.
If you have an established budget, we can help identify suitable yachts and provide clear pricing for the options that best fit your event.

⛄Holiday Party FAQ
Planning a company holiday party comes with plenty of questions. Find answers to some of the most common ones below, or send us a message if there is something specific you’d like to know.
How far in advance should we book a company holiday party yacht?
We recommend confirming your charter sooner rather than later, particularly if you have a preferred Friday or Saturday in November or December. Availability becomes more limited as the holidays approach, and booking early gives you a better chance of finding a yacht and date that work well for your group.
Can we have a Christmas party on a yacht?
Absolutely—and what could be more Southern California than Christmas on a yacht? Enjoy the coastline, fresh air and ocean views with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the scenery.
Whether you’re planning a traditional Christmas party or simply celebrating the end of the year, the event can be tailored to your company and the atmosphere you have in mind.
Can we bring a DJ?
Absolutely. A DJ is a great way to add both music and atmosphere to your holiday party, and many of our yacht options can accommodate one.
Whether your group is ready to sing along to Christmas classics or would rather keep things relaxed with a jazzy background, your DJ can set the tone for the event. Let us know what you’re planning so we can make sure the yacht is suitable for your setup.
Can the yacht provide food and drinks?
Food and beverage options depend on the yacht you select. Some vessels offer catering and bar service, while others may have different arrangements or allow outside options.
You can find more information on the individual yacht pages, or contact us and we’ll help you determine what is available for the yachts you’re considering.
Can we decorate the yacht for our holiday party?
Yes, holiday decorations are generally possible, although setup time and decoration policies vary by yacht.
Advance access may depend on the vessel’s schedule that day, when the crew has access to the yacht and whether boarding takes place at a loading dock with limited setup time. If you have specific decorating plans, let us know in advance so we can confirm what will be possible.
How many guests can we bring?
Our yacht options accommodate a wide range of group sizes, with our largest vessels accommodating up to 125 guests. Tell us approximately how many people you’re expecting and we can help identify suitable options.
Where do holiday party yacht charters depart from?
Holiday party yacht charters are available from Marina del Rey, Redondo Beach and Long Beach. The best departure location will depend on your group size, where your guests are coming from and the yacht you select.
Can we host an afternoon holiday party instead of an evening party?
Absolutely. Holiday parties don’t have to take place at night. Afternoon charters can be a great option for enjoying the coastline and spending time together on the water before sunset.
Charters are available at different times of day and throughout the week, subject to yacht availability.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Yacht charters operate in a variety of normal weather conditions, so cooler temperatures, clouds or light rain do not necessarily mean your charter will be cancelled.
If conditions are considered unsafe for the charter or there is an applicable NOAA weather advisory, we will work with you on rescheduling or a refund in accordance with the charter’s weather policy. Safety always comes first.
Make It Your Company’s Holiday Party
There is no single formula for a great company holiday party. Keep things relaxed with cocktails and conversation, plan a seated meal, bring everyone onto the dance floor, or combine a little of everything.
Depending on the yacht, you can add catering, bar service, a DJ, holiday décor, speeches, awards and other touches that make the event feel like your own.
Whether you’re thanking employees for a successful year, bringing different departments together or entertaining clients, we’ll help you find a yacht that works for the celebration you have in mind.
