We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a preferred date and approximate guest count, especially for spring formals, graduation season, and popular weekends. Larger yachts and desirable evening departure times may have limited availability.
You don’t need to have your theme, menu, or entertainment finalized before contacting us.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our yacht party?
A little cloud cover or light rain doesn’t necessarily mean your event can’t go ahead. Yacht charters generally operate in a range of weather conditions, and many larger event yachts have covered or indoor areas.
If conditions are unsafe or an applicable NOAA weather advisory affects the charter, rescheduling or a refund may be available under the booking agreement. The captain and operator make the final safety decisions.
