The yacht was built to provide extra comfort and a spacious interior with plenty of room for a complete staff. She was launched in 1947 and was back in the time often referred to as houseboats, emphasizing the feeling of home on the water. The ship was designed in such a way that you can walk from the back to the front of the ship without having to go up or down any stairs. On both the bow and stern you are welcome to launch and lay out, enjoy the sun, and experience the beautiful California coastline. The ship is being kept in the original shape as much as possible. As you can see in the pictures the pilothouse still has its original gear like the manual hydraulic gear shifters, the ground tackle, cabinets and doors.
The yacht has three staterooms with queen size beds. She also has a quarter for crew where staff can dine and sleep.
In the master stateroom the original wall safe is still installed and equipped with shutters on each window for extra privacy.
The main salon can be accessed from the main deck. It offers a great space for living and dining activities. The mahogany paneling and silver-plated sconces give it an extra special and warm atmosphere.
This yacht comes equipped with an exceptional galley where top chefs can show their best, to make sure that clients will get the dinner experience they deserve on a once in a lifetime cruise. The galley has state of the art equipment with two convection ovens and an eight-pit professional stove, the layout of the galley remained in the historical layout to respect the beauty of this ship.
