Long Beach Passenger Boat
This vessel is perfect for large groups looking for a burial at sea service. Large families are able to come together and celebrate a life together. When guests can come aboard and have plenty of space to sit inside or outside as well as set up any memorials such as a display to their loved one.
Once at the ash scattering location the family will gather at the front of the boat. With the assistance of their host, the family can lower the ashes and say their goodbyes. Guests can then return to shore or families can also have the wake on board with a self catering or catering package (must be booked in advance). The vessel also has a cash bar option to let guests pay for drinks on board or leave an open tab (must be arranged in advance).
The service allows for the scattering of one set of human remains. For an additional scattering there is a fee of $155.
To be able to perform the service we will require an LA County Disposition of Human Remains Permit. You can get this from the crematory or from the LA Vital Records Office.
OPTION A: 1 hour service
(includes yacht rental, crew and taxes)

76-125 guests $2.295
On the 1 hour service is it not permitted to bring your own food.
OPTION B: Self catered up to 125 guests
(includes yacht rental, crew, soft drinks, coffee and taxes)
On the self catered option you can bring on board buffet style catering. Please note that alcoholic beverages will have to be purchased on board from our fully equipped liquor bar. (soft drinks and coffee are included in price for the 2.5 and 3.5 hour service)
OPTION C: Catered service price per person (best value)
(includes food, drinks, yacht rental, crew and taxes)

Route of burial at sea Long Beach
During the burial at sea in Long Beach we will cruise at a relaxed speed and once we reached the designated spot to scatter the ashes the ceremony can take place. After the ceremony we will head back in again and drop off at the pick location.
